GuildQuality’s 2020 Guildmaster Award Honors

The Haile Kitchen & Bath LLC team was delighted to hear that we received a 2020 Guildmaster Award from GuildQuality for demonstrating exceptional customer service within the residential construction industry. We are one of a select group of businesses to be recognized by GuildQuality for consistently delivering superior customer care.
Since 2005, GuildQuality, an Atlanta-based third-party customer satisfaction software surveying company, has powered the Guildmaster Award to recognize and celebrate home building, remodeling, and contracting professionals demonstrating the highest level of customer service within the U.S. and Canada. Over 2,500 residential construction professionals rely on GuildQuality’s customer satisfaction surveying software to help them deliver exceptional customer service and get the recognition they deserve for their commitment to quality.
Our team has chosen to partner with GuildQuality in order to make sure we always take on board customer feedback and improve and refine our processes. This allows us to consistently provide the best possible service to our clients. We take great pride in our proven design and remodeling processes, and in the care and attention our team brings to every client interaction. Working together with GuildQuality, we will continue to improve to better serve our customers in years to come.
In determining which businesses received the 2020 Guildmaster Award, GuildQuality reviewed thousands of survey responses submitted by customers of Guildmaster candidates and considered two primary metrics for each candidate: the percentage of customers stating they would recommend the business to a friend and the percentage of customers who responded.
Haile Kitchen & Bath achieved a recommendation rate of 90% or above from their customers surveyed by GuildQuality.
